The 'Different Light Collective' was originally set up in 2018 when it appeared that there was a need for a coordinated approach to staging 'Light-Night' events. Originally consisting of a creative producer, technical suppost and digital video artist, the 'unofficial' collective delivered the first Lincolnshire Light-Night event in Spilsby in 2019, and continued to deliver events in Bourne, Lincoln, Bolsover, Horncastle, Holbeach, Clay Cross and throughout the market towns in the East Lindsey District. 

As part of the creation on Popcorn Creative Ltd in 2025, it was decided that the Different Light concept is still viable, and so now forms part of our portfolio. This allows us to work with a wide range of creative producers, artists and technical methods to deliver creative projects that can focus on the desired outcomes of its funders, either Arts Council, Corporate or locally funded Townships/BIDS etc.
